Lead developer

Our team is expanding and we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Lead Developer to join the OEEm team. If you like a challenge and feel that you want to contribute to the company's development as a leader, we welcome your application!

Tasks

  • Lead and coordinate the software design process and develop the application architecture.
  • Team leadership and mentoring of development team members.
  • Responsibility for the planning, management and execution of development projects.
  • Ensuring the efficiency of development processes and maintaining the expected quality of development processes.
  • Regular reporting and communication with senior management on the progress of development projects.

Expectations

  • At least 5 years of experience in software design and development.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Deep expertise in modern development languages and frameworks (e.g. PHP/MySQL, Laravel, NodeRed ).
  • Experience in designing and managing large projects.
  • Creativity, proactivity and problem solving skills.
