The meaning of OEE

OEE is referred to as a manufacturing productivity index that clearly shows the proportion of truly effective production time. Simplified, 100% OEE means that we are producing only good products at maximum efficiency, without any stops (as quickly as possible). OEE helps identify losses with a single indicator, measure progress, and improve the productivity of production lines.

The central data processing and distribution system (CDP) collects the available production data from the manufacturing machines through data collection units based on intelligent logic.
